Quotation
On receipt of the Window and/or Door Schedules from the Architect – Aluluxe will prepare your quotation according to the specifications. We always include all costs to our quotations, so there is no surprises when the projects ends!
Acceptance
The owner needs to accept our quotation in writing by either signing our quotation – or by confirming the order via email.
On acceptance a deposit is payable to Aluluxe. No work will be carried out or started until this deposit has been received and the actual measurements has been confirmed onsite.
Manufacture
An updated/final architect drawing / schedule of instructions needs to be handed over to Aluluxe on Acceptance of Quotation indicating the changes as suggested by the Owner. No work will commence without these written changes. Manufacturing can only commence once building is finished. No windows or doors will be manufactured unless the measurements can be confirmed on-site by Aluluxe.
Installation & Cleanup
Installation of the manufactured doors / windows will be carried out Aluluxe and all features will be cleaned up after installation. If construction is still present – the units will be covered by plastic sheeting to protect.
